Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be at the forefront of outbound prospecting, connecting with key decision-makers, and creating qualified sales opportunities for the wider sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Make 80-100 outbound calls per day, confidently engaging with prospects.
* Use Salesforce, Outreach, and Cognism to identify, sequence, and manage leads.
* Research and target potential clients across various industries.
* Generate and qualify high-quality meetings for the sales team.
* Work closely with marketing and senior sales colleagues to align outreach strategy.
* Take part in daily huddles and end-of-day wrap-ups to celebrate wins and share learnings.
Pay Levels
* SDR (Entry): Graduate / no experience – £25,000 base, £32‑35k realistic OTE; full training and onboarding provided.
* SDR (Mid-Level): 6–12 months sales/outbound experience – £27,500 base, £34‑38k realistic OTE; expected to ramp quickly.
* Senior SDR: 1 year SDR experience – £29,500 base, £36‑40k realistic OTE; fast-track to Account Executive roles.

Commission Structure
* £50 per qualified, attended meeting (average £400‑£600/month; up to £800 for top performers).
* 1.12% of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for every qualified opportunity entering the pipeline.
