We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of one (or more) of our key disciplines – Finance, Operations & Engineering, Commercial, Supply Chain & Logistics, or HR – and shape the future of regional recruitment across Yorkshire.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Build and grow a specialist desk within your chosen vertical – Finance, Engineering, Commercial, Supply Chain or HR.
2. Develop strong client relationships across Yorkshire, offering a consultative, partnership-led approach.
3. Partner with a highly collaborative team, sharing leads, insights and supporting each other’s success.
4. Use our advanced CRM (Bullhorn), data tools and support infrastructure to maximise your impact.
5. Help shape the Leeds office culture and growth, alongside a team with big ambitions.

1. Proven experience in recruitment – ideally in a professional or technical market.
2. A consultative, relationship-driven approach.
3. A self-starter with the desire to grow something long-term.
