Business Development Manager
Location: Milton Park Business Park, Oxfordshire
Work Arrangements: Hybrid, minimum of 3 days per week in the office
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office per week.
Travel Requirements: Regular business travel in the UK, together with some international travel.
NUVIA UK’s Technical Services (TS) and Land Remediation and Characterisation (LR&C) departments draw on the strong foundations of NUVIA's consulting heritage, with industry recognised specialists having expertise and experience spanning many decades both within the UK and Internationally.
With a focus on the UK nuclear market, serving both civil and defence clients, the Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of the TS and LR&C team’s objectives and initiatives in 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
As Business Development Manager, you will also be responsible for:
1. Manage the sales process from identification of an opportunity through to contract signature.
2. Develop and manage a sales pipeline, including the identification, qualification and pursuit of leads, and tracking their progress through the sales process.
