Where: Morrisons store in Doncaster, DN5 area.
When: We’re looking to get the right person into the team with an immediate start!
Salary: £13.32 per hour
Hours: On average 40 hours per week. Various hours and shifts as per site rota, Monday to Saturday 14:00pm - 22:00pm & Sunday's 10:00am - 16:00pm.

About the role:
* First point of contact for Kingdom Security officers in store.
* Working closely with the local police and crime hubs gathering intel on prolific shoplifters in the area.
* Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
* Providing a visible deterrent within the store.
* Reducing shrink/stock loss.
* Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
* Working as part of a team to fulfil customer requirements.
* Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.
About you:
* A minimum of 12 months experience – preferably within Retail Security.
* A valid DS SIA Licence.
* Have the ability to manage conflict in a balanced and professional manner.
* Knowledge and experience of A.S.C.O.N.E & PACE.
* A full five-year checkable employment history.
* Excellent communication & customer service skills.
* Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
