* Proven experience in winning new business in a sales or Business Development role.
* Experience selling 3PL contract solutions is essential.
* Understanding of the sales process and customer engagement.
* High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, including at senior levels.
* Experience in operational environments is beneficial.
