Responsibilities
* Keeping cost records and agreement of costs
* Undertaking management of allocated Control Accounts with site team, which include value draw and out-turn forecast/ spend profiling
* Assisting in the Utilisation of Site Commercial and Document Systems (Oracle, Forecasting Tool, CEMAR, Projectwise)
* Overseeing Management of Subcontractors
* Being responsible for the procurement of packages as the work proceeds
Requirements
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Construction related studies.
* Previous civil sector experience is highly advantageous
* Knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts
* Strong Communication Skills
* Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
