Duties

* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards within the kitchen.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and hospitality standards.
* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
* Monitor kitchen performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements where necessary.

* Proven supervising experience within a kitchen environment.
