Role Description
The Hotel Room Sales Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Reading, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. This role involves driving room sales through effective sales management and marketing strategies, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with corporate and leisure clients, managing the sales pipeline, and meeting revenue targets. The manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that enhance the brand's visibility and attract potential guests.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for relationship-building and client interaction
* Experience in Marketing, with an understanding of hospitality market trends
* Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools
* Knowledge of the hospitality industry or similar fields is advantageous
* A proactive, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and in a team
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
