We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead projects from initiation to closeout while ensuring quality, budget, and safety standards.

Experience
* Procore or other project management software experience
* Experience in industrial, medical/senior living, self‑storage, multifamily, retail, commercial office, municipal, or automotive sectors
* 4‑year degree in construction management or finance
Responsibilities
* Manage project administrative tasks: estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, billing, design review & coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation
* Collaborate with engineers, architects, owners, etc. to define project specifications
* Organize and oversee construction procedures to ensure timely and efficient completion
* Negotiate contracts with external vendors for profitable agreements
* Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
* Determine necessary resources—manpower, equipment, materials—within budget constraints
* Coordinate with on‑site superintendent for construction operations and schedule intermediate phases
* Secure subcontractors for specific trade needs
* Evaluate progress and implement changes to meet planned goals
* Lead overall project closeout process
* Ensure adherence to health and safety standards; report issues
