Our nationally recognised Private Client team are looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join it’s supportive and collegiate team. This role is based in our long established Worcester office, where the team has deep rooted connections within the local community and beyond. You’ll be joining as at Associate level within one of the largest Private Client teams in the country. The team is known for the high quality of its work, advising a broad client base that includes high net worth individuals, agricultural clients, business owners, often working with families across generations on long term estate lifetime planning. You’ll be managing a varied caseload of wills, LPA’s, estate administration, probate and some Court of Protection work and will be encouraged to take an active role in business development, both internally and externally. This private client team is particularly proud of the collegiate and close knit team culture that has been nurtured. Knowledge, support and market insight are shared openly, and the team work collaboratively rather than in silos. This role would suit someone who is looking for an environment where they will be supported to develop, work on high quality matters and contribute to a genuinely team focused practice. If you are looking to join at Associate level, develop professionally and work on a busy, high quality caseload with many returning clients, alongside an aligned team moving in the same direction, this role would be a perfect fit. You’ll be able to work through a clear progression framework where you will have the support to achieve, develop and take on greater responsibility. We are keen to speak with qualified solicitors, or legal executives, operating at associate level. Ideally, you will have between 3 and 7 years’ PQE, although candidates with more or less experience are encouraged to apply. You will be confident and technically capable when managing a broad private client caseload and have a genuine interest in business development as part of your continued development as a well-rounded private client lawyer. We encourage all members of the team to become full members of STEP and provide support to those working towards qualification. Candidates who already hold STEP, or who are willing to work towards it, will be welcomed.
