This is a long-term opportunity for a skilled foreman with proven experience in deep drainage and heavy civils works, looking to contribute to a high-profile project from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate site activities for deep drainage and associated civil works.
Ensure works are delivered in line with project drawings, specifications, and health & safety requirements.
Lead and motivate site operatives, ensuring productivity and quality targets are met.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and the project management team.
Monitor progress and maintain accurate daily site records.
Identify and address any technical or logistical issues promptly.Required Skills & Experience:
Extensive background in civil engineering, with specialist knowledge in deep drainage.
Previous experience in a Foreman or Supervisory role on large-scale civils projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Sound knowledge of health & safety regulations and site best practices.
CSCS Card (essential), With SSSTS/SMSTS Highly Advantageous.What We Offer
