We’re looking for a Senior Data Insight Analyst to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This role opened following an international relocation, arriving at an exciting time: our capability has matured, allowing us to focus on delivering real value across the business.

As a Senior Data Insight Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping leaders understand performance, optimise margins, and spot opportunities for efficiency and growth. You’ll build robust models, design dashboards, and tell compelling stories with data that influence senior stakeholders.
You’ll work across finance, retail, pricing, and facilities management, gaining exposure to a wide range of challenges and a chance to make tangible impact.
What you’ll be doing
* Insight & Analysis
o Lead the creation of high‑value insights across key data domains.
o Build sophisticated analytical models to support strategic decision‑making.
o Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives for senior leaders.
o Spot trends, risks, and opportunities that guide business action.
* Stakeholder Partnership
o Act as the go‑to insight partner for business teams.
o Collaborate with Directors, Heads, and operational leaders to shape analytical needs.
o Support the adoption of dashboards, reports, and data products.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration
o Partner with Business Intelligence leads to ensure consistent reporting across sectors.
o Work with Data Governance teams to deliver trusted, standardised finance data.
o Champion a “single version of the truth” for finance reporting.
* Data Products & Dashboards
o Contribute to the design and enhancement of dashboards and reporting tools.
o Ensure outputs are accurate, consistent, and aligned with finance standards.
o Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to refine pipelines and KPIs.
* Technical Excellence
o Develop solutions using SQL, Power BI, Databricks, and Excel modelling.
o Own and maintain core financial concepts (P&L, productivity, margins).
o Champion self‑service tools and scalable solutions.
* Continuous Improvement
o Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reporting.
* Mentorship
o Mentor analysts across the wider data and finance community.
What we’re looking for
* Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, and financial data modelling.
* Experience working with enterprise data models or governed domains.
* 10+ years working with finance, retail, pricing, or facilities management data.
* Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders across multiple sectors.
* Excellent communication skills—you can influence decisions and shape financial narratives.
* Highly organised, outcome‑focused, and comfortable working in cross‑functional teams.
