Job title: Risk & Compliance Manager
Location: Newbury
Salary: £60k-£75k - depending on experience
PQE Level: 4+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a mid to senior Risk & Compliance professional to join a highly regarded, Legal 500 Chambers-ranked law firm in a pivotal role. You will support the wider firm and its stakeholders by maintaining the firm\'s regulatory standards, professional integrity, and risk framework.
Responsibilities
* Advise on compliance matters and monitor regulatory changes.
* Support audits and ensure adherence to internal policies and external obligations.
* Work closely with fee-earning teams, providing guidance and promoting best practice across the firm.
Qualifications & Experience
* Mid to senior Risk & Compliance professional with relevant experience.
* Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is preferred.
* PQE Level: 4+ as part of the stated requirements for the role.
