This role is essential to enabling safe, compliant, and well‑coordinated project delivery.

💼 Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain and control all construction-related documentation (e.g., drawings, specifications, permits) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely access for project teams and contractors.
2. Implement and monitor document version control processes across all project documentation to maintain governance and prevent errors.
3. Coordinate the distribution of documents to internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers to support efficient delivery and informed decision-making.
4. Track and report on documentation status and progress to the Project Controls team, highlighting delays or risks for proactive resolution.
5. Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of documentation in line with company standards and regulatory requirements to support audits and quality checks.
6. Provide guidance and training to project team members on document management systems and best practices to strengthen compliance and efficiency.
7. Collaborate with construction managers and planners to ensure documentation aligns with schedules, milestones, and delivery deadlines.
8. Provide general support to the wider Project Controls team when capacity allows, assisting with project-related tasks to maintain overall team efficiency.

You’re organised, detail‑driven, and confident managing large volumes of information with a high degree of accuracy. You have strong communication skills, thrive in fast‑paced project environments, and can support a wide range of stakeholders — from engineers to contractors — while keeping documentation compliant and up to date.

You take pride in maintaining order, structure, and quality in documentation processes, and you play a vital role in ensuring projects run smoothly.
