* Social Workers - £35 umbrella
* Senior Social Worker - £37 umbrella
Hybrid working available once induction is complete.

Requirements of the role:
* Qualified Social Worker
* Fully Social Work England registered
* Must have significant post-qualified experience in adult social care
* Must have hospital discharge knowledge and experience
* The senior social worker must have experience at a senior level
