SupplyGo are actively seeking SEN Teaching & Learning Assistants, to work within Primary and SEND Schools across the North of Nottingham. The role will consist of, but is not limited to, working on a 1:1 basis with children aged between 4-19 years old, predominantly with Autism, ADHD, and other relating learning difficulties. You will be a part of a childs ongoing development and route to independence and will be working with other professionals to help create a fun nurturing environment. There is nothing better than watching a child grow and develop into a young adult with the knowledge that you have been a large part of that ongoing development. Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Forming a strong relationship with the children in your care.
* Helping the children become more independent.
* Supporting the children within the class with emotional support.
* Working with other education & SEND professionals.
* Working on a childs development plan.
Skills

* A positive can-do attitude.
* The ability to build great relationships with pupils and colleagues.
* You must be able to adapt to each childs or young persons needs in your care.
* The desire to be a part of a childs ongoing development.
