Teaching Assistant Start Date: ASAP Salary: £100 - £120 per day Contract: Temporary Simply Education is proud to be working in partnership with a specialist independent day school, offering a highly supportive learning environment for students aged 11 to 16 years with a range of additional needs. We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is your chance to make a real difference, supporting students to thrive both academically and socially in a nurturing, specialist environment. About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and our on-site therapy team to create a positive, inclusive learning environment. You'll play a key role in helping students feel safe, build confidence, and actively engage in their education. This school provides day placements for students aged 11-16 with: Communication and interaction difficulties Specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia Autism spectrum conditions Anxiety and other barriers to learning With small class sizes (max 10 students) and a minimum of 3 staff per class, you'll have the time and support to truly focus on each individual.
