We’re looking for a talented and forward-thinking ESR and People Analytics Lead to join the People & OD Directorate to drive the development, delivery, and evolution of our workforce systems and analytics capabilities. This is a pivotal role in supporting the organisation’s long-term vision and People Strategy, through the provision of insightful, accurate, and strategic workforce information. You’ll manage the ESR system and lead the implementation of the future NHS Workforce Solution. You’ll also help drive the automation and digitalisation of people processes across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the Head of People Services, you will manage a small analytics team, fostering a culture of collaboration, compassion, and continuous improvement. You’ll champion data-led decision-making and support the delivery of excellence across workforce planning, board reporting, and strategic workforce development.
