Be a HR Business Partner Who Shapes Growth

You’ll be embedded in the business, working closely with employees, Line Managers, and the executive team to deliver practical solutions. From managing organisational change and driving performance to embedding people processes and supporting day-to-day operations, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we work with revived policies that really support and drive our people during a period of transformation and growth.
Responsibilities
* Partner with leaders to turn strategy into people priorities.
* Coach managers to build capability, engagement, and performance.
* Champion change and transformation across teams.
* Handle employee relations with confidence, care, and compliance.
* Use people data to influence decisions and improve employee experience.
* Promote a culture of accountability, retention, and high performance through effective people management.
What we’re looking for in our HR Business Partner
* A proven HR Business Partner with strong generalist experience across the full employee lifecycle.
* A track record of leading and supporting transformation and change programmes.
* Skilled at coaching, influencing, and building trust at all levels.
* Confident in managing employee relations, ensuring fair processes and supporting Line Managers to act with clarity and confidence.
* CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) or working towards.
