We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic HLTA to join our hardworking and committed staff in order to raise standards and outcomes for our children. The role will provide support and cover over three days during the week. The successful candidate must display energy and determination to support us in our drive towards continuing to raise standards. Therefore, we are looking for: - someone who is passionate about teaching and learning and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our children. - someone who can inspire and motivate children and adults. - someone with a good subject knowledge and understanding of KS1 and KS2. - someone who has experience of supporting pupils with SEN/EAL needs across different year groups. - someone who can communicate effectively with all stakeholders - pupils, parents, governors and colleagues. - someone who can bring new ideas and qualities to help strengthen our school team as we move forward on to the next stage in our journey.
