Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development

* Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike.
* Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.
Sales & Performance
* Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.
Customer Experience
* Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
* Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
* Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
* Build connections within the local community, enhancing the store’s personal and welcoming atmosphere.
