Job Title: Tyne Theatre Productions – Director
Reports to: Head of Community Engagement & Participation
Period of Appointment: Sept 2026 – July 2027
Salary: This role is rewarded by an honorarium fee of £1000.00 at the end of the production period. Members of the Artistic Team also receive a free TTP membership for the 26-27 season.
Purpose of Role: We are looking for a Director for Tyne Theatre Productions (TTP) amateur production of Annie which will be performed at the Tyne Theatre & Opera House (TTOH) during the week of 14 February 2027. This production of Annie will include cast members from Tyne Youth Company.
Role Requirements:
* A passion for theatre
* Plenty of ideas, and a plan for putting them onto the stage
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* A consistently professional attitude

Job Title: Tyne Theatre Productions – Choreographer

Job Title: Tyne Theatre Productions – Musical Director
Reports to: Head of Community Engagement & Participation

Purpose of Role: We are looking for a Musical Director for Tyne Theatre Productions (TTP) amateur production of Annie which will be performed at the Tyne Theatre & Opera House (TTOH) during the week of 14 February 2027. This production of Annie will include cast members from Tyne Youth Company.
Role Requirements:
* A passion for musical theatre
* Strong vocal or keyboard skills with the ability to sight read/sing
* Some experience in teaching and rehearsing
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* A consistently professional attitude

Pencilled Dates
* Monday 6 July: TTP Introduction Evening 6-9pm
* Saturday 18 July: TTP Auditions – 10am – 4pm
* Rehearsals begin Wednesday 2 September
* Sunday 14 February: Get In/Tech
* Monday 15 February: Tech/Run – 6-9pm
* Tuesday 16 February: Full Dress Rehearsal – 6-9pm
* Wednesday 17 February to Saturday 20 February – Performances (incl matinees on Thursday 18, and Saturday 20 Feb)
