Deputy Care Home Manager
An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to work in an exceptional residential service based in Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex. The role is within a neuro-rehabilitation care home supporting adults with acquired brain injuries for both men and women. To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote an enabling environment, ensuring high standards of professional practice and compliance with external regulatory standards at all times.
* Deputise in the absence of the manager.
* Provide management, support, advice and motivation to the staff team to ensure people who use the services are supported to be as independent as possible and achieve their goals.
* Help achieve the aim of delivering a fantastic person-centred support service.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Understanding of person-centred, needs-led and outcome-based service.
* Committed to quality care and service provision.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Experience in working with people who have a learning disability and can present with complex behaviours.
