We’re partnering with a global name in Fine Art Logistics and Relocations, supporting some of the world’s most prestigious clients — and we’re now seeking a Move Manager to join their Kent-based operations team.
The Role
You’ll act as the single point of contact for VIP clients, managing high-value moves and shipments from start to finish. From coordinating door-to-door fine art and household relocations to liaising with suppliers, freight partners, and international offices, you’ll ensure each move is seamless and stress-free.
This role is as much about personality and professionalism as it is about process. You’ll be representing the brand to high-profile clients — so confidence, discretion, and exceptional communication skills are key.
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent in French and English (written and spoken – non-negotiable)
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills
* Confident handling senior or VIP client relationships
* Strong organisation and problem-solving abilities
* Background in moving, fine art logistics, or relocation is a huge plus
* Alternatively, experience in key account management, logistics, or hospitality with high-touch clients will also be considered
* A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and ability to stay composed under pressure
