Fram are working with an Independent Wealth Management firm with offices in the Southeast. Due to one of their administration team becoming a paraplanner our client is seeking an IFA administrator to join their experienced team. Our client is looking for someone with IFA admin experience, who is happy to support 4 Financial Planners in a pod system. The role is hybrid and can offer flexible start times. This opportunity would suit someone with IFA admin experience who wants to work with a strong independent brand, with experienced advisors who deal with all areas of advice, especially later life planning, and want exposure to varied clientele of professional individuals, You Tubers, and Influencers. The salary range is dependent on experience.
Responsibilities will include :
* Actioning post/DocuSign, organising diaries and booking client and internal meetings where needed.
* Preparing and sending accurate client communications in a timely manner
* Answering and making telephone calls to clients and providers in line with team recording communications policy
* Accurately completing application forms
* Sending off and chasing up on information with regards to Letters of Authority and adding to back-office system where needed
* New business submission and chasing for all new client applications until case is complete, ensuring relevant Compliance checklist is maintained throughout process.
* Keeping adviser and client informed according to the relevant SLAs and client expectation process.
* Assisting team and clients with all administrative matters in a timely manner, including actioning items within the administration Inbox where needed
* Assisting the team with additional projects as directed
* Training other team members as directed
* Completing CPD in line with company T&C Schedule (non-advisory)
An ideal candidate will have some IFA admin experience. Ideally someone would have experience with, IO, CashCalc, Genovo and FE analytics or similar systems, but not essential. You will ideally have experience within an IFA, although a restricted background will also be considered. You will be highly organised, be able to complete your own research and have an understanding of compliance regulations.
