Position Title: Global Dealer Support Representative
Location: Dungannon
Reporting to: Parts Customer Service Manager
Hours of work: 40 hours per week

Your role involves supporting our dealer network with order management, inquiries, and communication, requiring tenacity, diligence, and a strong work ethic.
What you’ll do
* Provide excellent customer service
* Offer customer solutions
* Manage dealer orders
* Address pricing and availability inquiries
* Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers
* Communicate professionally with the dealer network
* Participate in customer service calls and identify improvements
* Work collaboratively within a team
What you'll bring
* Minimum of A level or equivalent education, including GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above
* Experience in a busy office environment
* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
* Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
* Good listening skills and telephone manner
* Industry experience is desirable but not essential
