This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with partners on high-quality, complex matters across a broad client base including asset managers, private equity, hedge funds, banks and fintechs.
You’ll gain hands‑on experience advising on:
* FCA/PRA authorisations and regulatory change projects
* Transactional regulatory support and due diligence
* Governance, SM&CR and ongoing compliance matters
From day one, you’ll be given real responsibility, client exposure and a steep learning curve, with strong support and mentoring in a collaborative, high‑performing team.
What they're looking for:
* Qualified Solicitor in England//Wales or Ireland
* 1–6 years’ PQE from a strong regulatory or financial services practice
* Solid grounding in UK/EU financial regulation
* Commercial mindset and strong communication skills
* Ambition to develop in a fast‑paced, top‑tier environment
