What Will I Do?
You will:
1. Manage day-to-day service delivery for around 23 drivers, supported by 2 driver supervisors.
2. Use internal systems (ITrent, LMS) to monitor customer jobs, allocate work, and record data.
3. Communicate with customers via email and phone to resolve issues and update on services.
4. Take part in daily operational meetings and ensure drivers are briefed and supported.
5. Provide clear, confident instructions to drivers and support continuous improvement.
What Will You Need?
You will need:
6. Strong IT skills, including MS Office and confidence learning new systems.
7. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
8. The confidence to balance being approachable with giving firm instructions when needed.
9. Previous supervisory or logistics experience is desirable but not essential.
10. A full UK driving licence.
11. Willingness to occasionally work weekends (overtime rates apply).
