Were hiring a Talent Coordinator to join our growing London team and help power the day-to-day engine behind some of the UKs leading creative and digital talent.
MVE is a creator-led, talent-first management company focused on long-term career strategy and business development for our clients and partners. A joint venture between IMG and creatives-turned-entrepreneurs Joe Sugg and Caspar Lee, we represent a roster of the countrys most exciting digital talent, and were scaling fast.
The role:
As Talent Coordinator, youll be the operational backbone supporting our Talent Managers and keeping a busy roster running smoothly. Its a brilliant entry point into talent management: youll work alongside major brands, get hands‑on with campaign execution, and have a genuine path to grow into a senior role as the business expands.
Were after a sharp, organised self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment, sweats the details, and loves getting stuck in. If youre obsessed with the creator economy and want to learn the business from the inside, this is for you.
What youll be doing

* Fielding incoming client queries and routing them to the right manager
* Calendar and diary management
* Working closely with both our UK and US teams on the processes that keep the department running
* Mucking in wherever needed — were an all-hands-on-deck company

* Familiarity with Monday.com and Slack a plus
* Motivated, ambitious and eager to learn

* Uses initiative
