We are working with a company that offers solutions for the heating, air conditioning and HVAC industry. Our client now wants to appoint an outstanding individual to assist with booking of the work, liaising with engineers, putting the work schedules together daily and managing the process.
Responsibilities
* Manage engineers’ workload and work schedules on a daily basis.
* Coordinate and liaise with engineers and customers, updating customers accordingly.
* Raise invoices for work carried out.
* Order parts and arrange dispatch.
* Maintain strong administrative and IT skills, prioritising and organising tasks efficiently.
