Our client, a globally operating, reputable and long-standing business are seeking a temporary Service Desk Coordinator to join their existing Team, due to an increase in business.
Temporary ongoing (potential to become permanent but can't be guaranteed)

Role:
As the organised and resilient Service Desk Coordinator, you will join a busy, but supportive Facilities Management team. Acting as the first point of contact, you will manage a high volume of enquiries and service requests via a CAFM system, telephone, and email.
As the Service Desk Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating both internal teams and external subcontractors, ensuring all jobs are scheduled, tracked, and completed to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Receive, log, and manage service requests through the CAFM system, email, and phone.
Coordinate and schedule work with external subcontractors, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
Track and monitor the progress of requests, providing updates to clients and colleagues.
Ensure all jobs are completed on time, escalating issues where required.
Deliver excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Maintain accurate records and reports within the CAFM system.
Provide administrative support to the wider Facilities Management team.
Requirements:
This is a fast-paced, reactive role that requires excellent communication, the ability to prioritise under pressure, and a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.
To be successfully considered for the position of Service desk Coordinator, you will ideally offer:
Previous experience in a service desk, facilities, coordination or similar.
Strong IT skills, ideally with experience using a CAFM or similar system.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Experience coordinating subcontractors and external suppliers.
Clear and confident communicator with a strong customer service focus.
Resilient, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
A keen geographical sense would be beneficial
