London On-site Job Description Mission Refine and evolve the Planhat brand as you bring it to life through motion. Team You're joining Planhat's in-house creative agency—Studio Planhat. We're building a disruptive B2B visual identity across web, social and traditional print media channels, embracing new methods like AI (Midjourney, Visual Electric, Runway) and building plug-and-play design systems for GTM teams that allow us to scale high-quality output infinitely. We're a team that's always hungry for new challenges. We prioritise scrappiness over seniority and do all our brand and design work in-house, instead of delegating out to agencies. Processes, words and ideas don't matter to us: engaging, compelling visuals do. We're not researchers or prototypers, we generate production-ready work at scale every single day. We're based in Planhat's London hub. Since this is a fast-paced creative role, we need you on the ground in London with us. Role As Studio Planhat's first Brand Motion Designer, you will bring the Planhat brand to life through motion, animation, and storytelling. You’ll craft motion systems that scale across channels—product marketing, social, campaigns, ads, and events—and help define how we use movement to communicate clearly and feel alive. You’ll work closely with the rest of the studio to concept, build, and ship compelling creative work that captures attention and elevates our brand in a B2B context. You'll: Design and animate motion assets for launches, campaigns, social, explainers, and ads Build a scalable motion system and toolkit to ensure quality and consistency at speed Support major product launches with high-quality motion-driven storytelling Trajectory If you succeed in this role, you'll be Planhat's first dedicated brand motion design hire. Naturally, you'll grow to own and evolve motion and animation across our entire visual identity as we scale. This includes: building innovative new brand motion styles and campaigns across web & digital; owning and architecting easy-to-use motion design systems for marketing and enablement to apply; collaborating with our in-house creative team to push the boundaries of our brand identity
