London On-site Job Description Mission Refine and evolve the Planhat brand as you bring it to life through motion. Team You're joining Planhat's in-house creative agency—Studio Planhat. We're building a disruptive B2B visual identity across web, social and traditional print media channels, embracing new methods like AI (Midjourney, Visual Electric, Runway) and building plug-and-play design systems for GTM teams that allow us to scale high-quality output infinitely. We're a team that's always hungry for new challenges. We care more about initiative, taste, and craft than titles and do all our brand and design work in-house, instead of delegating out to agencies. We believe strong ideas are expressed through visuals, not decks, documents, or long meetings. We value designers who think in motion and communicate through making. We're not researchers or prototypers, we generate production-ready work at scale every single day. We believe the best creative work happens through close, in-person collaboration, which is why this role is based in our London hub. Role As Studio Planhat's founding Brand Motion Designer, you will be the first to bring the Planhat brand to life through motion, animation, and storytelling. You’ll be responsible for defining the principles, rhythm, and emotional language of motion across the entire Planhat brand; crafting motion systems that scale across channels—product marketing, social, campaigns, ads, and events—and helping define how we use movement to communicate clearly and feel alive. You’ll work closely with the rest of the studio to concept, build, and ship compelling creative work that captures attention and elevates our brand in a B2B context. You'll: Design and animate compelling, on-brand motion assets for launches, campaigns, social, explainers, and ads Implement motion through micro-interactions and effects on our website (via Framer) Build a scalable motion system and toolkit to ensure quality and consistency at speed across brand, marketing and enablement content Support major product launches with high-quality motion-driven storytelling featuring our product interface At its core, we’re looking for someone who: thinks in narrative and pacing, not just transitions cares about how something feels, not just how it looks brings strong taste, reference culture, and editorial judgement is excited to help define how a modern B2B brand can move, breathe, and communicate Trajectory If you succeed in this role, you'll be Planhat's first dedicated brand motion design hire. Naturally, you'll grow to own and evolve motion and animation across our entire visual identity as we scale.
