Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager / HRBP to work autonomously from our King's Lynn site. Your HR expertise, flexibility, and excellent influencing and communication skills will enable you to provide a proactive, strategic, and professional HR service to key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Champion group policies, procedures, and initiatives, supporting the delivery of the site people plan.
2. Implement people initiatives such as PDR, 360 feedback, 9 Box grid, and engagement surveys.
3. Provide first-class advice on complex employee relations matters, building strong relationships and ensuring statutory compliance.
4. Advise on attendance issues and participate in audits to ensure compliance with people elements.
5. Support employee engagement activities aligned with DE&I and wellbeing roadmaps, and develop community and early career plans.
6. Collaborate with external stakeholders to position the site as an employer of choice.
7. Advise on succession planning, skills gaps, and support recruitment efforts, including onboarding new hires.
8. Support HR projects and initiatives alongside the Site Director and Head of HR.
Candidate Profile
* Ideally CIPD qualified with experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments.
* Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with Resource Link, Open Options, Networx, SAP is a plus.
* Valid driving license required for travel to meetings, training, and audits.
