Contract Co-ordinator
Join P&O Ferrymasters and work as part of a dedicated and professional team consisting of experienced Customer Service Representatives and transport experts to provide a high service level for our customers. This position is based in our offices in Scunthorpe/ Newport on a full-time permanent basis.
Your Role
As the successful Contract Co-ordinator, you will report to the Operations Supervisor to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our customer contracts, ensuring collection and delivery expectations are met effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Raise and manage bookings, keeping key personnel informed of all necessary changes.
* Liaise with Asset and Charter contacts to achieve optimum service.
* Support activities such as customs clearance and standkit changeovers.
* Collate information relevant for various KPIs weekly and monthly, and report to line management.
* Liaise with P&O Ferrymasters employees at other sites to maximize efficiencies for the customer.
* Maintain daily communication with Customer personnel in a professional manner.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Contract Co-ordinator with a background in a customer-focused operational role. You should have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with ideally H&S knowledge and logistics experience.

What We Offer
A salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience), full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
