* £40,000 – £50,000 plus benefits
* PLUS additional opportunity to earn up to £9,000 every three years in performance-based bonuses

Duties and responsibilities include:
* Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance of vehicles
* Inspecting vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues
* Use computer-based diagnostic equipment
* Repairing or replacing broken/defective parts and resolving defects
* Road testing vehicles to check repairs
* Maintaining equipment and making sure tools are in good condition
* Following checklists to ensure all procedures are completed
* Completing all documentation to the required standard
* Carrying out MOT vehicle testing (if authorised)
Skills, qualifications & qualities needed:
* Level 3 Certificate in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
* Solid work experience in the automotive industry
* The ability to work in a competent and efficient manner
* Ability to work as a team player and on your own initiative
* Good attention to detail
* The ability to carry out work to high standards to deadlines
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach
* MOT Licence (not essential)
* A full UK driving license
