Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team. Key responsibilities
6. Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels to generate new leads
7. Negotiate deals effectively to secure sales and meet or exceed targets
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
9. Provide accurate and honest information regarding products and services
10. Update CRM systems with detailed client interactions and sales progress
11. Support the team in achieving overall sales goals and objectives
12. Assist in the evaluation of market trends and competitor activity
13. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales techniques
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Essential
14. Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles
15. Strong negotiation and communication skills
16. Confident in engaging with clients and managing relationships
17. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
18. Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Desired
19. Experience within property, automotive, or equivalent industry
20. Knowledge of the local market
21. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
22. Basic knowledge of CRM software
