Senior Director, AI Enablement

Location: EMEA (aligned to team needs); hybrid/mainly remote depending on geography.


The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Director, AI Enablement to design, evolve, and deliver Korn Ferry’s global AI Enablement strategy and programs. This role is responsible for building scalable enablement that drives real adoption and business impact—across teams, roles, and geographies—while staying ahead of fast-moving changes in AI tools, practices, and learning technologies.

You will shape role-based learning journeys, develop training assets, and lead delivery (including executive-level facilitation). Enablement at Korn Ferry is more than training—this role will blend modern adult learning principles, on-the-job learning approaches, and technology-enabled delivery (e.g., Synthesia, Sana) to build lasting capability.


What you will do

* Own the global AI Enablement strategy: Create and continuously adjust the strategy based on evolving AI tools, user needs, and business priorities.
* Build scalable enablement programs: Design role-based learning journeys and capability pathways tailored to different teams and roles.
* Develop high-quality learning content and assets: Create practical, reusable training content (toolkits, playbooks, guides, videos, micro-learning, facilitation decks) that simplifies complex topics.
* Deliver and facilitate training: Lead live and virtual sessions, including executive-level training and leadership programs.
* Enable our AI Champions network: Partner with and enable the Korn Ferry AI Champions community—equipping champions with toolkits, talking points, role-based resources, and learning pathways so they can drive adoption and change within their teams.
* Evolve delivery channels and tools: Optimize how we deliver learning using modern Learning Management Systems and authoring tools (e.g. Thought Industries, Sana, Synthesia, Articulate Rise and continuously improve the learner experience.
* Partner and align across stakeholders: Collaborate with AI product/tool owners, business leaders, HR/L&D, and internal communications to integrate enablement into how people work.
* Measure effectiveness and iterate: Use feedback, adoption insights, and performance signals to refine programs and content on an ongoing basis.


What we’re looking for

* 7–10+ years of experience in learning, enablement, instructional design, or closely related areas.
* You must hold the permanent right to work in the country you will be based in.l
* Instructional design expertise and a track record of building modern, role-based learning programs.
* Strong facilitation experience (live and virtual), including experience delivering at the Executive/leadership level.
* Strong interest in and practical usage of AI; stays current on key AI trends and tool evolution.
* Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics (excellent spoken and written English is a must).
* Coordination/project management capability and strong collaboration across functions and geographies.
* Strong bias to action and taking accountability; balances speed with clarity.
* Comfort working without predefined processes; able to create best practices.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Viva, Outlook).


Nice to have

* Experience supporting AI or broader technology transformation initiatives.
* Experience partnering with HR/L&D and internal communications.
* Some level of design skills (PowerPoint, Canva).
