We’re hiring an experiencedProject Managerto lead the delivery of a core banking replacement – one of the most critical programmes in our client's business. Reporting to the Transformation Director, you will need to adopt a proactive and collaborative approach that brings people along the journey with them, in order to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Your impact:
Own and run the end-to-end delivery plan – timelines, resources, risks, reporting
Manage all workstreams across IT, operations, finance, compliance and change
Spot and resolve cross-cutting issues early – you’ll be the one with the full view
Align everything to business goals and regulatory needs
Lead third-party vendors and delivery partners – making sure they deliver
Manage offshore delivery teams as part of the programme
Support business readiness – training, comms, change and adoption
Work in both Agile and Waterfall modes – flexing your approach as needed
