We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for making a difference in residents' lives. Responsibilities:
1. Craft personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
2. Ensure accuracy in care documentation and legal compliance.
3. Lead shift teams, organize activities, and oversee seamless care transitions.
4. Monitor residents' health, perform routine observations, and manage specific health needs.
5. Administer medications safely according to protocols.
6. Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
7. Support residents' independence and encourage social engagement.
8. Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in reflective practices for continuous improvement.
9. Promote safety, nutrition, and hydration for all residents.
Requirements:
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
* Care home experience is preferred but not essential; passion and dedication are key.
* Excellent communication skills, warmth, understanding, and a calm demeanor.
