RESPONSIBILITIES
SERVICE AND SALES
* Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs.
* Through storytelling and passion for the brand, inspire our clients, creating desire and love for Burberry with every interaction.
* Provide luxury service and demonstrate knowledge in product, fashion, and styling.
* Follow the client journey to elevate the experience: ensure a great initial impression, discover your client, be a product and styling expert, and close the sale to maintain relationships.
* Follow-up and deliver after-sales services efficiently.
* Contribute to daily store operations, maintaining high luxury standards, including product replenishment, inventory management, markdowns, and stockroom maintenance.
* Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and visual standards according to Burberry guidelines.
* Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT
o Build meaningful relationships with clients.
o Work by appointment to provide personalized service and promote loyalty and incremental purchases.
o Capture new luxury clients to grow the client book with a commercial mindset.
o Drive client retention through regular contact and follow-up on sales and requests.

o Proven track record in sales and exceeding targets.
o Experience in clientelling.
o Interest in fashion, art, and culture.
o Strong product knowledge and understanding of retail operations.
o Knowledge of competitor products.
o Teamwork experience.
o Fluent in local language; English proficiency desirable.
o Other language skills are a plus.
