About the role
Are you ready to take the lead on high-value, complex claims and make a real difference? We're looking for a seasoned professional to manage a portfolio of large loss cases, delivering fair outcomes and exceptional service to our customers. In this pivotal role, you'll provide expert technical guidance, ensuring consistency, control, and continuous improvement in line with our policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
1. To handle a portfolio of complex and high value personal injury claims in a collaborative manner making the optimal use of the telephone to drive the case forward
