The Opportunity
* This is a senior, hands‑on HR role with a strong emphasis on complex Employee Relations alongside business partnering and HR project work in a multi‑site environment.
You will:
* Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and senior leaders
* Lead complex ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, redundancy, settlements)
* Ensure compliance with UK employment law and ACAS best practice
* Analyse ER trends and implement proactive risk‑reduction strategies
* Support recruitment and workforce planning activity
* Lead and support HR projects including HRIS development, policy harmonisation, absence reduction and engagement initiatives
* Champion a people‑first, family‑oriented culture during periods of growth and change
* This is a multi-site role requiring confidence operating independently while building strong relationships across locations.
We are keen to speak with HR professionals who have:
* Significant experience in a Senior HR / ER-focused generalist role
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
* Proven experience managing complex ER caseloads
* Willing to travel to multiple sites within the base being Leicester
* Experience partnering with operational leaders
* Project and change management experience
* Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Experience within a multi-site would be highly advantageous.
