Person specification
Essential Qualifications
* Masters degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent
* Registered with General Pharmaceutical Council
* Postgraduate Clinical Pharmacy Diploma / MSc or equivalent qualification
* Releasing Officer in a MHRA Licensed Unit or eligible to undertake this training
Desirable criteria
* PTQA qualification
* Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification
* Formal management and/or leadership qualification
Knowledge, Skills, Training and Experience
* Extensive hospital pharmacy experience post registration
* Recent, extensive experience of working at a senior level within a pharmacy manufacturing unit or related industry
* Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practice for medicinal products, especially in aseptic facilities and operations
* Experience in managing and developing a service
