Description Grade UE03: £24,729 to £25,804 per annum pro rata College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine Part time - 25 hours per week Open ended (permanent) 2 positions Provide a reception service to the BioQuarter Campus, which provides accommodation for approximately 1500 staff and postgraduate students and teaching accommodation for approximately 1200 undergraduate students. The posts will be based mainly in the Usher Building. The Opportunity: These 2 posts are part-time for 25 hours per week. The shifts for the morning post are 8am-1pm and the shifts for the afternoon post are 12.30pm-5.30pm. The salary for this post is £24,729 to £25,804 per annum, pro rata for part time (£13.55 - £14.14 per hour). Your skills and attributes for success: Excellent interpersonal and secretarial skills. Relevant previous reception experience. An up-to-date knowledge of applying Microsoft IT packages: Word, Excel, Outlook and Explorer. Knowledge of reception work and ability to deal with people at all levels.
