Brook Street Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Belfast city centre for a full time and permanent Legal Secretary
The role will involve a mix of litigation/commercial work with some residential conveyancing
General Duties
 1. Carrying out a variety of secretarial and administrative dutieS
 2. Travel and diary management
 3. Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents.
 4. Navigate land web and deal with post-completion registrations.
 5. Organise, manage, and maintain case files for easy access and reference.
 6. Maintain effective communication with clients, handling inquiries promptly.
 7. Perform audio typing and transcribe dictations accurately and efficiently.
 8. Handle correspondence and documentation with attention to detail.
 9. Maintain client confidentiality and uphold the firm`s professional standards
 10. Document management
Criteria
 11. Be an experienced Legal Secretary with a minimum 2years+ experience
 12. Excellent communication skills
 13. Have excellent IT skills which should include all MS Office package
Salary for the role will be dependent on experience
