Job Summary / Role Overview
The Head of UK Entity Management is responsible for leading the delivery of company secretarial services, managing a team of professionals, and driving business growth. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and commercial acumen, with a strong focus on client engagement and strategic development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead delivery of UK entity management and governance services
* Provide strategic oversight on high-profile client engagements
* Build and maintain relationships with intermediaries and partners
* Identify and convert new business opportunities
* Contribute to product, market, and service development
* Lead and develop a team of 20–25 professionals
* Drive talent development, succession planning, and retention
* Manage departmental budgets and profitability metrics
* Allocate resources effectively across client portfolios
* Enhance service quality and operational efficiency
* Represent the business at events, panels, and networking opportunities
* Collaborate across departments to drive growth initiatives
Required Qualifications / What We're Looking For
* ICSA qualification (or equivalent relevant experience)
* Strong experience in UK entity management and governance
* Proven leadership experience managing teams
* Demonstrated commercial awareness and business growth contribution
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Experience in professional services environments
* Ability to operate strategically and influence senior stakeholders
* Experience advising listed companies or pre-IPO organisations
Preferred Skills / Nice to Have
* Experience with technology-driven governance solutions
* Exposure to AI or digital transformation initiatives
* Strong network within governance or corporate services sectors
* Experience in scaling teams or service lines
