What you will be doing
* Driving occupancy across private offices, coworking memberships, meeting rooms, and event spaces
* Building relationships locally to generate new business opportunities and referrals
* Managing enquiries and converting prospects into long-term clients
* Leading a high-performing on-site team to deliver exceptional service standards
* Overseeing day-to-day centre operations, presentation, and client experience
* Managing centre budgets, costs, and commercial KPIs
* Creating a vibrant member community through engagement and events
* Acting as the face of the brand within the local market
What we are looking for
* Experience within coworking, serviced offices, hospitality, premium retail, events, or private members clubs
* Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of driving revenue
* Experience leading teams and managing site performance
* A confident relationship builder who enjoys networking and winning business
* Passion for customer experience and premium service delivery
* Highly organised with strong operational ownership
* £50,000 basic salary with OTE up to £60,000
