What We Need From You:
No previous experience? No problem! Just bring your positive attitude, and our amazing training team will take care of the rest. However, you will need:
* Driving Licence Requirements:
o Full UK or EU driving licence.
o Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months preferred).
o Maximum of 6 penalty points.
o No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
o Must be over 18 for handling alcohol products.
* Communication Skills: As this is a customer-facing role, good communication skills are essential.

* You'll be invited for a site tour to meet the team and ask questions.

* Once all checks are completed, you’ll be offered the role and your career with Ocado Logistics will begin!
Contract Details:
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
* Working Days: Any 5 days out of 7, with 8-hour shifts.
* Shifts: AM & PM, starting as early as 05:30 and finishing as late as 12:00 (midnight).
* Pay Structure: Lunar paid every 4 weeks.
Hourly Pay Rates:
* Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £13.04
* Evening Premium (from 6pm): £1.12
* Sunday Day Premium: £1.30
* Sunday Evening Premium: £2.54
* Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift): £16.30
* Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift): £17.70
