Compliance Officer (Apprenticeships)
£40,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer with a strong background in apprenticeships to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who understands the regulatory landscape of apprenticeship programmes and is passionate about maintaining high standards of compliance and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with apprenticeship funding rules and regulatory requirements
Monitor and audit learner files, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Support internal teams with compliance guidance and best practice
Prepare for and support external audits (e.g. ESFA, Ofsted)
Identify risks and implement corrective actions where necessary
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of apprenticeship standards and funding rules
Produce compliance reports and provide insights to senior stakeholdersKey Requirements
Proven experience working in a compliance role within apprenticeships
Strong knowledge of ESFA funding rules and apprenticeship frameworks/standards
Experience preparing for audits and inspections
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders
