We're looking for a Receptionist to work a short-term contract for an automotive manufacturing customer of ours in Warwick.
1 week contract (initially), starting Monday 28th July, with a briefing day planned the week before.
Main Duties

Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception area.

Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and efficiently.
*
Manage meeting room bookings, incoming/outgoing post, and general administrative support.
Technical Pre-requisites
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and general office equipment.
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*
Previous experience in a front-desk or customer-facing administrative role
